Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant

Olivia is a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA). Olivia graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Sciences from the University of British Columbia (UBC) and is currently in her final year of her Masters of Science in Speech-Language Pathology at UBC to become a Registered Speech-Language Pathologist (RSLP). 

Olivia has more than two years of experience working as a trained Behaviour Interventionist, supporting children, ages 3-12 with Autism Spectrum Disorder and a range of complex needs. Additionally, Olivia currently volunteers with Canuck Place Children’s Hospice and the Delta Stroke Recovery Society. Olivia is passionate about finding the best way to support each individual in their learning, to foster self-confidence in their own unique abilities.  

Outside of the clinic, Olivia enjoys cooking, exploring new grocery stores, spending time with family and friends, and staying active!
