Speech-Language Pathologist AssistantÂ
Ava is a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant who has graduated with her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of British Columbia. She also has further plans to obtain her Masters of Science in Speech-Language Pathology.
Ava has experience working as a Behaviour Interventionist supporting children with ASD as well as experience as a communication partner for adults with aphasia in both group and one-on-one settings. Both of these roles have provided her with skills that are necessary and beneficial for working with clients with diverse requirements and communication needs. Ava is passionate about helping others and strives to create a fun and comfortable environment for everyone!
In her spare time, Ava enjoys going on hikes with her dog, playing the guitar, reading, travelling, and spending time with her family and friends.
